When you request an estimate or contact Coastal, we may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, phone number, email address, project location, requested service, desired timing, project description, product details, access notes, and communication preference.

Coastal uses this information to review your request, communicate with you about the requested project, prepare recommendations or estimates, coordinate work, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and improve customer service.

Phone, text, and email communication

If you submit the estimate form, you authorize Coastal to respond about that project by phone, text, or email. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may ask Coastal to stop text messages by replying STOP or contacting us using the information below.

Customer files and photographs

Customer files are private by default. Photographs or project stories are not approved for marketing use merely because they were supplied for an estimate or service visit. Public use requires a separate review and approval process.

Service providers

Coastal may use service providers for website hosting, customer relationship management, communications, security, file storage, and business operations. These providers receive information only as needed to support those functions.

Retention and security

Coastal retains project-request information for as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, business records, dispute prevention, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
